Are you interested in Hockey now? Well you are going to need specific gear to actually play the game! First, The 3 most important things you will need are a Helmet, Skates and a Hockey Stick. Next, there are plenty of things you will need so prepare your mind and make sure you don’t forget any of it! First, You will need a neck guard.(You put it on your neck to protect your neck from Skates and Sticks.) Next you will need Elbow Pads.(Special type of pads made just for your elbow.) Shin Pads.(Made to cover your shin down to the top of your foot!) P.S. Defensive players like to cover the tongue of their skate incase you get hit by a puck.) Almost last you will need a chest pad.(This pad will cover you chest in case you get hit by a puck or stick.) You also might want rubber skate guards.(These will protect your skates from rusting.) Now last but DEFINITELY NOT LEAST, Your Uniform will always contain, A Jersey and a pair of socks. But if you are on a travel team you will still get a Jersey and Socks but also a Shoulder bag, Team pants and maybe even a team Stick and Helmet!
